Hello Graciela Creatives (HGC) is a digital marketing agency running for over two years in business, catering to product-based businesses in the health, wellness, and beauty industry. It is established to take creativity one step further by producing caffeine-infused marketing strategies that unlock the potential of product-based brands.
Their goal is to gain credibility in the online space by having their own digital store front (website) to increase business, financial, and customer stability. With their increased clients acquisition, they need a platform where clients can book a project with them in ease. Part of their longer-term goals is to launch a masterclass, this needing a branded, and credible space to invite people in to sign up into their wait list and jump start their email marketing activities. Other than their current social media platform, they aim to reach a wider set of audience through search engine optimization.
They need a boost of confidence during promotions and whenever they’re pitching their services to their prospect clients—having their own website builds that credibility, confidence, and trust from the clients that their business is legitimately running and are able to effectively support them. In result, it will crush down the impostor syndrome and stagnant growth due to their current onboarding process. The current social media platforms they are in right now have their own limitations and have less flexibility in terms of customization and opportunities improve client experience.
Graciela, the CEO and Founder of Hello Graciela Creatives reached out to me to have her online home space built algined with her brand. Having introduced with her current processes, we were able to collaborate efficiently the needs of improvement to streamline the client experience through a strategically designed website through Figma, with rounds of revisions before building it with WordPress platform. With all the onboarding materials she used to have situated in multiple other platforms both interal and external processes, now condensed into one, branded digital store front where clients no longer need to visit multiple links. This solution gives them the assurance that the clients get to grasp the essence of their brand (caffeinated marketing), and the official independence from social media platforms to promote their services, increase client acquisition, and improved lead generation.
