FAQs
Yes, absolutely. Most of my work is white label, which means I don’t take credit, appear in client-facing documents, or showcase the work unless I’m given permission. I fully respect your process, your brand, and your client relationships.
Yes! You can choose to work with me on design-only (Figma) or development-only (Webflow or WordPress via Elementor or Beaver Builder). I’m flexible depending on what support you need most.
It’s calm, structured, and communication-light — but clear. Once we align on the scope, I’ll guide you through the steps with minimal friction. I will walk you through documentations if needed, and I always leave room for honest collaboration.
Both! I work with creative agencies, small studios, and solopreneurs who need help with their growing workload. Some projects are internal; some are for their clients. Either way, I’m happy to support behind the scenes.
Yes — I offer dedicated monthly support for studios or agencies who want a reliable white-label designer or developer on-call.
This works best for template-based websites (design or dev) and includes a set number of projects or deliverables per month — all scoped and agreed upon in advance. I’ll act as part of your team, working quietly in the background with minimal friction and full confidentiality.
You’ll get:
It depends on my current availability and your project’s timeline. I always do my best to accommodate, but I recommend reaching out early — especially for design + dev builds or custom project inquiries.
For white-label work: no. I stay behind the scenes while you manage the client. For custom full-service builds, I lead the project directly — but I only take very limited slots to ensure each one gets full attention. If you plan to hire me for a custom full-service, you can waitlist here.
Yes — I offer simple website maintenance for clients I’ve worked with previously. This can include content updates, CMS tweaks, bug fixes, performance checks, or small design adjustments.
Whether your site is built in Webflow or WordPress (Elementor/Beaver Builder), I can help you keep things running smoothly post-launch.
I currently don’t offer full-scale retainers, but I’m happy to scope light ongoing support on a per-need or monthly basis.
You can head over to my Contact Page to send a quick message or ask a question. I’ll usually reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
FAQs
Design: Figma (no longer Adobe XD)
Development: Webflow or WordPress using either Elementor or Beaver Builder
Communication: Mostly async (email, Notion, or Loom) — but we can hop on a call if needed!
If you're unsure, I can help guide you through the decision. Generally:
Webflow is best for highly custom layouts, CMS needs, and a lightweight, code-clean build.
WordPress (with Elementor or Beaver Builder) is great for clients who are already familiar with WordPress or need plugin flexibility.
Once I understand your goals, I’ll recommend what fits best — no tech overwhelm, I promise.
Nope — I stick with Elementor and Beaver Builder only. These are the tools I trust to create structured, responsive, and easy-to-maintain sites — both for myself and for the people I support.
Both! I can design and build custom layouts from scratch or work from a template if you already have one you love. Either way, I’ll make sure it’s tailored to your goals, brand, and user experience.
It depends! If it’s already built in Webflow, Elementor, or Beaver Builder, I’m happy to take a look. If it's using a different builder or custom-coded, just send me a message and I’ll let you know if it's something I can support.
FAQs
I primarily accept payments through Wise — it's secure, reliable, and easy for both local and international clients.
If Wise isn’t possible on your end, I’m open to using PayPal as a backup option.
I don’t work by the hour.
Here’s why: creative work doesn’t always follow the clock. Over the years, I’ve honed processes and techniques that allow me to work more efficiently — which means some tasks that used to take hours might now take me minutes.
Charging by the hour would undervalue the experience, skill, and deep thinking that goes into each deliverable — whether it takes me 2 hours or 20. Instead, I charge per project or per deliverable, based on scope and value.
Yes — in fact, that’s my preferred way of working. Most projects are quoted with a fixed price so you know exactly what to expect.
For full-scope projects (design or design + dev), I typically require:
50% upfront to reserve your slot and begin work
50% upon final delivery or just before launch
This structure keeps things simple and clear for both of us.
Yes! For ongoing updates or support, I offer fixed monthly maintenance plans instead of hourly tracking. This gives you predictable costs and lets me stay proactive with updates and care.
Each maintenance plan is scoped based on your platform (Webflow or WordPress) and how much support you need. Let’s talk about what fits best for your site.
FAQs
By default, I work white label, so I won’t take public credit unless invited. If you'd like to list me as a creative collaborator or allow me to feature the project in my portfolio, that’s totally up to you — just let me know!
I typically include 1–2 structured feedback rounds per project phase. I’ll guide you on what kind of feedback is most helpful, and everything will be organized to keep the process smooth and focused.
Maybe — I’ll need to review what’s already been done (especially if it’s partially designed or developed). If the structure’s clean and the scope is clear, I may be able to jump in and help.
Yes, always. I’ll send a clear agreement outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and boundaries. It keeps things professional and gives both of us peace of mind.
Absolutely. If you’re working with a PM, a developer, or another creative, I can slot in and collaborate without disrupting your flow. I stay flexible, and I communicate clearly.
I work best with clients who are respectful, communicative, and value clarity. If you’re looking for ultra-fast turnarounds, unlimited revisions, or micromanaged control, I might not be the right fit — and that’s okay. I believe in mutual alignment over forced fit.
If you’re managing multiple projects, feeling stretched thin, or want to offer web design/development without hiring full-time, white label support is probably the solution you’ve been looking for. I come in quietly, deliver with excellence, and help you carry the load.
Not officially — yet. I’m currently studying and practicing website copywriting, and if you're open to being part of that learning curve, I’d love to support your project at a special beta rate.
I can help you with foundational site copy — headlines, section content, CTAs, and basic page structure — especially if you're not quite sure where to begin.
If you're interested in including copy support in your project, just let me know! I only take a limited number of these while I refine the service.
