Cilla Creatives is a bespoke brand and web design studio catering to wellness entrepreneurs and coaches. She helps them find clarity and confidence and build an online brand that reflects personality, attracts dream clients, and drives business to the next level.
Their Goals
Her main goal is to be able to design and build her own website cohesive to her brand. The reason for learning rather than outsourcing the project to an expert is because she wanted to add web design into one of her services to create a comprehensive package and deliver high quality results to her clients.
She knows that learning a skill is not limited to surface level teachings available on Youtube, and she wanted not only a teacher but also an accountability to push her to take action while learning foundation, important tips and tricks of how to design a build a client-converting website.
When she reached out to me, she already had a current website that she was rather unsatisfied with. She tried to DIY but the multiple surface level resources she has seen on the internet has overwhelmed her to the point that it paralyzed her.
The Problem
The fresh experience of learning both WordPress and Elementor was too much to take in alone, thus, the phase of learning it and building it for her business requires assistance from someone who is rather experience from this specific field.
She had the fear of in-depth exploration of that platform as it might result to confusion of wrong implementation, as well there are only limitations on what the free content can teach and guide her to achieve her goals on launching her very own website.
The Solution
The solution was to provide her a comprehensive, 2-months 1:1 mentorship to guide her into setting up and building her own online space.
From web design architecutre and foundations, step-by-step process of prototyping, wireframing, designing, walkthrough of WordPress platform, demo of building the website via Elementor, hosting, migrating, and even basic HTML and CSS to jumpstart her customization skills soon when she decides to offer the skill as part of her service.
The mentorship included live teaching with Q&A after the session, each session are recorded and provided for her personal use and lifetime access.
